The shades of my old oak trees provide coolness and a longer stay immersed in sounds and colours of nature. This is the Serra of Ruffano, Occhiazzi locality, an enchanting quarter characterized by secular olive trees, numerous “pajare” and rural shelters.
Protected by a dry stone wall, I represent a natural reserve, the remains of a much wider woodland that survived extensive cultivation. I am a shelter for numerous typical flora and fauna species of the Mediterranean scrub found amongst benches and tables.
