Built in the second half of the fifteenth century by Baron Philippe Antonio Maramonte as simple abode of the lord, I never had the appearance of a fortified structure.
There were numerous architectural changes undertaken by several families who lived me. The facade has a four-column loggia with Doric capitelli with alternating columns balustrade and ends with a central clock. At the right edge of the building it is recessed a column with Corinthian capitello on which stands the inscription "Fides et Virtus" and the coat of arms carved Maramonte with the heraldic symbols of the families with them related. The original structure is still visible in the hall on the ground floor and some rooms and vaulted halls of the first floor. In 1884, during a dig in the garden, it was found a clay pot containing gold coins that they dated from 1388 to 1550.
